International Shipping:

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A restocking fee of 20% or more will be deducted from your return proceeds. 

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer financing options?

Currently, we do not offer financing options. However, you may want to check with your credit card company or a third-party financing provider.

Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, orders can only be placed through our website.

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied to your order based on your shipping address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time typically ranges from 1-3 business days for in-stock items. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping, however, it is not available to WA, CA, NY, OR for Table, Console, Divider, Coffee Table items. Additionally, free shipping is not offered for U tables, L table, Round Tables

We ship throughout USA and we don't offer international shipping

How do I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer direct exchanges. You can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired replacement.
