Shipping Information
Processing Time:
- In stock items : Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
- Pre-order items : Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 months after payment is received.
Shipping Methods:
- All shipments are with UPS and LTL Shipping companies.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A restocking fee of 20% or more will be deducted from your return proceeds.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
