Customer service was extremely helpful in picking out the right chair - quality and design is great. Had some concerns about possible damage from shipping given some of the other reviews but was assured by the shop they had upgraded their shipping strategy and that does appear to be the case.

I smile every time I walk past my dining set

My dining set is absolutely gorgeous. I've been stalking this set for a year and was finally able to purchase. Sabuhi Nasibov is the sales manager and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in making a large purchase over the phone having never seen the store. He made videos outside the store in the mall as well as inside the store to alleviate any fear I had. I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness. The furniture itself is high quality and extremely solid. This is a set that will last a lifetime in style as well as quality.

To the moon and back, I adore this table. It is really stunning. I am a happy client. Excellent product, outstanding customer service, proficient communication and efficient resolution of issues, prompt delivery, and incredible packaging. The chairs came well packaged and with all necessary hardware. Assembly was straightforward - everything lined up easily as it should! The hardware was great (although the supplied Allen key was not great so I suggest you use a higher quality tool so as not to strip the bolt heads) and the quality of the chairs is excellent.
